Welcome to MI Reverie LLC. By using our website or purchasing from us at pop-up markets or online, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before placing an order.
1. Overview
MI Reverie LLC offers curated gifts, boutique clothing, and graphic apparel both online and in person at market events. These Terms apply to all purchases and use of our website.
2. Orders & Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times do not include shipping duration. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
3. Local Pickup
Local pickup is only available during specified pop-up events. Orders not picked up at the designated time or location will be shipped at the buyer’s expense.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide using standard shipping carriers. International customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or import duties.
5. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Some of our products are custom or made to order. These items may require additional processing time and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6. Returns & Exchanges

7. Payments
We accept Shopify Payments and Afterpay. All payments must be successfully processed before orders are fulfilled.
8. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update product info, or cancel orders at our discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including product designs, images, text, and branding is the property of MI Reverie LLC. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.
10. User Conduct
By using our site, you agree not to misuse any content, interfere with the website’s functionality, or engage in any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws.
11. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to make a purchase.

MI Reverie LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
