At MI Reverie, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated pieces at our pop-up events and beyond. As a small business, we do our best to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase while also protecting our ability to continue creating and growing.
Exchanges for In-Person Purchases (Pop-Up Shops)
• Items purchased at a pop-up event under $39.99 are eligible for exchange or store credit at a future MI Reverie pop-up, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Exchanges or credit must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code or physical voucher, depending on the situation.
Items $40 or More (In-Person Purchases)
• For items valued at $40 or more, customers may request an exchange or store credit by contacting us within 14 daysof purchase.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping to MI Reverie. Once the item is received in unused, original condition, we’ll process the exchange or issue a store credit code.
• Refunds are not offered.
Online Orders
• Due to the handmade or small-batch nature of our products, all online sales are final.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can make it right with a replacement or store credit if applicable.
Additional Details
• All jewelry must be unworn and have tags attached to qualify.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
• We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
