Thank you for shopping with MI Reverie LLC. We’re a small business passionate about providing boutique clothing, graphic tees, and curated gifts with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Times
• Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time. If that’s the case, estimated processing times will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
• We ship via standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on the item and destination.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Local Pickup
• Local pickup is only available at designated pop-up markets or events.
• If local pickup is selected and you're unable to retrieve your order at the scheduled time, you will be invoiced for shipping and the order will be mailed.
Shipping Destinations
• We ship both domestically and internationally.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Shipping Delays
• MI Reverie is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or weather conditions.
• Once a package leaves our hands, it is in the carrier’s control. Please reach out to the carrier with tracking questions or delivery issues.
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
• We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• If your package shows as delivered but is missing, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.
• MI Reverie is not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we’re happy to help guide you through a claim with the carrier.
